Development plans are being progressed for a new community of 3,000 new homes in the Upper Redhill area of Wellingborough.
The new development will include a series of distinct neighbourhoods set inside parkland, with a district centre, a school and health facilities. There will be 25,000 sq m of office space with the aim of providing up to 2,500 jobs.
The development aims to provide an attractive northern gateway to the town and more than 110 hectares has been allocated for open space, woodland, footpaths and cycle routes.
