This area will offer attractive public and green spaces, new town centre car parking and improved community facilities. A mixture of uses are under consideration to encourage increased activity and vitality in this part of Kettering including the development of a supermarket, hotel and office space as well as opportunities for town centre living.
There is also a clear intention to improve pedestrian routes to the rest of the town centre whilst preserving and enhancing the cultural facilities that exist within this quarter.
