Plans are being advanced for the extension and diversification of Niort Way Business Park to create a high quality business park. This will provide high-tech office and research facilities to drive the expansion of IT and creative services.
Enhanced Research and Development facilities will also stimulate better links with Higher Education providers such as the University of Northampton and Tresham College of Further and Higher Education. The aim is to provide extensive, high quality jobs for Wellingborough people within the town by extending the current logisitics park on the site.
Partnership working will bring about a bespoke park, aime at high value business such as research, IT and other specialist innovative sectors.
