In June 2009, Kettering Borough Council granted Redrow Homes outline planning permission to build 450 new homes on land off Polwell Lane in Barton Seagrave, close to Wicksteed Park.
The developers plan to provide a range of new homes as well as a mix of tenure that offers a choice of lifestyle accessible and acceptable to all.
The development will include a community centre, space for indoor sports and additional funding through a section 106 agreement.
